-- Not listed on the form: Tops Cards -- Tops cards come directly from Tops corporate headquarters, and come in amounts of $20.00, $25.00, $50.00, $100.00 and a card from $10.00 to $300.00. Simply fill out the order form with the number of cards you wish to buy. Attach the cash amount or write a check for the amount and attach to the order form. Turn in the form on Sunday . The church pays shipping on each card order. |
