AUGUST 29 - COMMUNITY FOOD PANTRY COLLECTION: School Supplies...
We will collect donations during August. Suggested shopping list: filler paper, binders,
pencils, ballpoint pens, index cards, notebooks, planners, book covers, erasers,
markers, highlighters. There will be a box in the narthex to collect donations

GIFT BASKET FOR OUR LITTLE ROSES TEA:
Each year, St. Andrew’s and St. John’s contribute a gift basket for the Tea to benefit
Our Little Roses Orphanage. This year, the theme of our basket will be A Scrapbook
of Photo Memories. scrapbook, photo album, paper cutter, scrapbook paper, stickers,
scissors, photo runner tape, photo split tape, photo frames greeting cards. There is a
sign-up sheet in the narthex for donations, and a basket will be available for collection
August 1-September 12.

Looking Ahead


September 12    Homecoming Sunday: Blessing of Backpacks
Our children and their friends are invited to bring their backpacks to church for a
special blessing. We will have Sunday School Registration and a special Welcome
Event after the service.

September 25       9 until Noon 5 Wishes Community Workshop at St. Andrew’s
