The Newfane Initiative: Habitat for Humanity

St. Andrew’s as joined with thirteen other churches in the Newfane community to sponsor and support building homes for Habitat for Humanity. We organize fundraising, volunteer on the building site, provide meals for volunteer workers, and develop educational materials for members of the community. The Newfane Initiative built a house in Newfane in 2006 and dedicated a new home, completed in time for Thanksgiving 2007.
